Construction of the first building is complete in the area’s newest professional park, Brandt Crossing Office Park. The 10,537 square foot office building is the first of seventeen to be constructed in the park. Adjacent to eight new multifamily apartment buildings (some still under construction) and a sold out residential development, along with other businesses rapidly popping up including TMI Hospitality’s new headquarters, are all part of the Brandt Crossing development.
The proficiently designed office park will consist of buildings ranging in size from 5,000, 7,484 and 10,537 square feet and boasts unique features including architectural control, private parking lots and three monument signs. This first building is part of Phase I of the construction process being completed by Paces Lodging. The building is available for sale or for lease.
