Dane Tollefson

Tollefson is a licensed realtor in North Dakota and Minnesota. As a native of West Fargo, he developed a sense for personal finance and entrepreneurship at a young age as the son of two business owners. Prior to Property Resources Group, the last 25 years have been dedicated to building and expanding Vanity Inc., a privately held retail company that produced over $100 Million in annual sales. As Director of Real Estate and Construction, he was responsible for site selection, negotiation of rents and construction for 200 stores across 28 states. He has over 700 lease negotiations under his belt and prides himself on being a tough negotiator. For over 15 years, he has and continues to be a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).  

Tollefson has a passion for real estate and numbers thanks to his Accounting degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Tollefsons primary focus is retail and office space. He has a leased class A office complex as well as 8 of the major retail centers as his listings.
