Matt Olson

Matt Olson is the Associate Broker with Property Resources Group’s Commercial Division.  Matt has a passion for real estate, with an emphasis in the areas of investment sales and site selection.  He has a solid commitment to working the deal from start to finish and getting it done right. Matt has worked with a variety of businesses from the “mom-and-pop shops” to Fortune 50 Companies.  Prior to working with Property Resources Group, Matt had many years of experience in sales, marketing and business ownership. 

Matt is a member of the National, Minnesota, North Dakota & Fargo-Moorhead Area Association of REALTORS®, MNCAR (Minnesota Commercial Association of REALTOR®), ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), MSCA (Minnesota Shopping Center Association) and the National Chapter & Minnesota-Dakotas Chapter of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).  He is licensed in North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota and Arizona.  

Matt earned his CCIM designation in the Fall of 2009.  Only 6% of the estimated 150,000 commercial practitioners nationwide have earned this designation as awarded by the National Association of REALTORS®.  Matt completed 5 levels of concentrated education and portfolio of business accomplishments.    

Matt earned his SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®) designation in the Summer of 2011.  The prestigious SIOR designation is a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry.  Real estate professionals who have earned the SIOR designation are recognized by corporate real estate executives, commercial real estate brokers, agents, lenders, and other real estate professionals as the most capable and experienced brokerage practitioners in any market.
