Sierra Wendt is a Commercial Real Estate Salesperson with Property Resources Group. Sierra received her North Dakota and Minnesota licenses in 2018. Prior to joining PRG she attended college at North Dakota State University where she graduated with a Marketing Degree and Professional Selling Certification. During her college years she sold residential houses through the post-covid housing boom and purchased her first investment properties which grew her passion for real estate.
Upon graduating from NDSU in 2021, Sierra brought her realty license to PRG while also working in commercial property management. Her property management experience helped her gain a deep understanding of leases, tenant/landlord relationships, and investment financials. Sierra believes in helping her clients through a relationship-based approach and values trust, loyalty, and communication. Sierra enjoys working with all businesses large and small.
Personally, Sierra grew up in Buffalo, ND where she attended Maple Valley High School. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends & family at their lake cabin near Detroit Lakes, MN, and working on house projects at their farm in Embden, ND.
